CB2's Business to Business program is designed for interior designers, decorators, architects, contractors, landscape designers and professional stagers who want streamlined access to modern design at a preferred rate. Members enjoy a 20% discount on full-price furniture, textiles and housewares across Crate & Barrel, CB2 and Crate & Kids—with no minimum purchase required. Enrollment is simple, with proof of business credentials needed to get started.

Accredited design professionals including interior decorators, architects, landscape members, members of professional staging organizations, and set decorators are all eligible for a business account regardless of whether they work on the residential or commercial side. Members enjoy an exclusive 20% trade discount on all full-price merchandise.

1. Fill out our online trade program application.

2. Enter your name, company information and email address.

3. Upload a link to your company website, social media account or a copy of your business card.

4. Provide a copy of your Business License/Resale Certificate or the name of the professional design association you belong to and your membership number.

5. Submit your completed application and our team will review for approval. You will receive an email notification with your approval status within 2-3 business days.

Non-tax exempt organizations are immediately issued their program number and are eligible to shop with the discount. Tax-exempt organizations must be manually processed and approved.

Once the application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or deny and finalize the application within 48-72 hours.

Once tax-exempt applications are approved, the member will receive an email with their 19-digit member number. New members do not receive a physical card. Present or enter your digital member number when you shop.

Business to Business program accounts can be activated online. To activate an account online, members must add their member number to an existing account or create a CB2 login if they do not already have one. Please note, separate online accounts must be created at each brand (crateandbarrel.ca, cb2.ca).

Once logged into your account, the discount will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart on the website as well as the app.

Members making purchases at two or more of our brands must make separate purchases as the brands do not share a universal shopping cart.

If a member is using a client's credit card online, the billing address must match the shipping address.

Yes, you can use your program discount at all three of our brands: Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids and CB2.

No. There is no minimum purchase quantity to receive the discount.

At this time, we only offer fabric swatch samples. To request free fabric samples, please email or call the CB2 trade program concierge who can send the swatches to you. Email trade.concierge@cb2.ca or call 800-606-6498.

Yes. Business to Business program members who have signed up for tax exemption will be automatically enrolled in tax-exempt purchases when they create their online account and be able to place tax-exempt orders without having to email our Customer Care team for tax reimbursement after making a purchase. Existing trade members must reach out to trade.concierge@cb2.ca to receive the paperwork they'll need to complete and return.
